About Us
Calder Street Dental and Optical Practice was set up in Oct 2006 as a NHS Dental Practice which aims to provide high quality dental care at affordable prices.
Our goal is to offer our patients pain free dental treatment in a comfortable environment under an open forum of communication and choice.
We also offer our patients 0% Interest Free Credit over 6 or 12 months to help spread the cost of Private Dental Make Over treatments, such as Zoom Whitening, Veneers, Crown and Bridge Work and Dental Implants.
Our reputation is such that we have patients visiting our dental practice here in Glasgow from London, Basingstoke, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester, Fort William and Inverness.
The practice has recently undergone a complete refurbishment making the environment more relaxing for our patients. Our surgeries are modern and incorporate the very latest dental equipment.
Here at Calder Street we take our patients health very seriously and ensure our cross infection techniques are second to none. We have a central sterilization area to ensure all instruments are 100% sterile with our very latest sterilization machines.
The Dispensing Optical Centre in conjunction with (Impressions Eye Wear Ltd) was opened in July 2007, where currently our Dispensing Optician dispenses a range of glasses including Police, Givenchy, X Eyes. JaiKudo and Guess on an existing in date prescription basis only.
All of the spectacles are on a discounted 2 for 1 Offer making them cheaper than some of the leading High Street Opticians.
We are hoping to acquire the services of an Optometrist for Eye Tests at our soon to open Bearsden Practice.
We believe that incorporating an Optician Practice within the Dental Practice will not only complement our business but provide our patients with another valued service.
